RNP Homes was first established in 2006 by Richard Preston. Richard started his career in Mid and South Canterbury, and Southland building mostly spec houses before making the move north to Christchurch at the beginning of 2010. With the intent of expanding the company and with the added opportunities presented by the Canterbury rebuild, Richard has achieved his goal by not only establishing RNP Homes as a reputable building company in the residential medium high-end residential sector, but also in larger commercial construction projects.

Having an experienced and motivated team of professionals behind the name has been the key factor to our success in each build that we complete. Our Managers understand the utmost importance of effective communication with the clients, sub-trades and design professionals as well as maintaining close relationships, enabling us a smooth construction process from start to finish.

One of the advantages of RNP Homes is that we not only employ all of our builders, "all of who pride themselves in their workmanship and attention to detail", but we also have several other companies under our umbrella all associated with the construction industry. This allows us to manage in-house every aspect of the projects that we undertake, in-turn clients have a great deal of confidence and reassurance that the outcome will be of the uniform exceptional standard and quality for which we are renowned.

RNP Homes enjoy the challenge of working on unique designs that require not only a high level of craftsmanship and professionalism but also the task of working under immense pressure. This is why leading architects choose to work with RNP Homes with their projects.

RNP Homes have combined essential services within their greater companies and associated business's. These services are assets to RNP and provides exceptional service and quality in a timely manner for all their valued clients. RNP ensures their present and future presence in the building and construction industry by employing directly the majority of their tradespeople.
